WinXP and Outlook 2003 - email on Exchange Server. We
have one user, "Toni," who cannot receive new email msgs.
(WinXP & Outlook 2003). All new msg's were being
direcrted to a "Sync Error" folder. She now receives
nothing at all. There are three other users set up on
this machine - they receive msg's on this same machine
without incident. Also, I can get "Toni's" messages on
other machines, just not this one.
A Microsoft article recommended renaming the .ost file (by
renaming as .OLD) and Outlook would create a new .ost
file. This did nothing. Another said to synchronize
the "Inbox" folder. No result there either.
I have deleted and recreated her profile - no luck. She
can send email, just cannot receive. Also, her older
messages (received prior to this problem) still sit in
her "inbox" folder.
Even uninstalled and reinstalled Office - still no luck.
What's so puzzling to me is that other users are OK on
THIS machine & she is OK on OTHER machines. I'm stuck!!!
Thanx - David
