Stopping Outlook configuration at first run.

Hello,
Was having problems w/ one of the boss's outlook so
upgraded to office XP (a little in advance of schedule).
The only problem now is the default outlook configuration
that starts up the first time you run outlook.

It sticks at the 'Migrating...', if you end task it and
try again it will let you in under 'safe mode' just fine.

What do I have to set to stop it from attempting to
configure outlook everytime he starts it up?

Recreate (do not copy) the mailprofile in Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show
Profiles-> button Add...
