Stopping task update notifications on Administrative projects

Greetings:

My org is pilot testing Proj Svr 2003. Big issue: Does
anyone know how to keep task notifications from being send
out to all resources assigned to an administrative project?

What we've done: Set up an Admin project with the various
categories we want to track the time in - then, assigned
the resources to the tasks, 0%/hrs, fixed duration task.

It's been saved, published as an Administrative project.

When anyone inputs time in one of the tasks, as soon as
the owner of the admin project approves the time, a task
update message gets sent to all users that the task has
been updated. Since it's not necessarily everyone's
business as to when and why someone is out of the office,
it is desireable to stop these messages from being sent.

Anyone know how?
