Stops publishing at 95%. Any idea on resolving error id="26000"

One of the projects stops publishing at around 94% and it cannot be accessed
anymore. Here is the error.

Hi Kahuna,

A very quick search on google provided some information regarding this. It
would appear to be an issue with Summary Resource Assignments. Check out

Hi kahuna,

in my experience i get a similar error with SRA corrupted.
So try to load your Project in Project Pro 2007 with flag "Load Summary
Resource Assignment". After this check what assignments summary values (ie
work values) are wrong. This can be highlited if and what SRA is corrupted.

Maybe there are SRA corrupted or missing in MSP_ASSIGNMENT_ENTERPRISE table
that affect (and block) publish operation.
