Stops Responding when opening or creating a Database Model Diagram

All of a sudden, my Visio Professional 2002 SR-1 will not
open any Database Model Diagram (mine or the sample
files). I cannot even create a new DB Model diagram.
All other diagram types work except for the Database
Model!

In any of the above cases, the program locks up before it
displays the grid page.

I un-installed it and re-installed a coupld of times
already to no avail.

Make sure Tools - Options - Advanced - Developer settings
are all checked; Even you will get the problem, try a
repair.
