Hi,
I am using 97 Access. I have a unbound form with 2 combo
boxes which have a row source to a Employee table. One
combo box (1) is for a employee name (value stored =
employee ID but displayed as employee name on the form)
and the another (2) is shown employee department. How can
I store the department ID in combo box 2 for future use
when the user select an employee name from combo box 1. I
have setup the combo box 2 based on combo box 1
selection. So, I have both combo boxes display the
correct information (employee name (1) and department name
(2)) but both combo boxes stored the employeeID value. I
would like to have employeeID in combo box 1 and
departmentID in combo box 2. Please help if it is possible
Thank you.
