Store personal settings and personal templates in one location fo.

I would like to see MS create one primary directory where settings, templates
and possible files are stored so one backup and recovery or a single copy
process can insure that when a system is rebuilt or migrated that all is
retained. This should not be hard to do and you could even have the Options
of each application to set the location of said directory on a server or SAN.

You CAN set the options for every Office application to save/store files on
the location of your choice.

Tools->Options->File Locations.

That is true for Word and some of the other applications but Outlook
Signature files and PowerPoint templates you need to hunt for. I would like
to see all items with the ablity to store in one central directory for easy
migration to a new system without all the hunting. It would make recovery and
migration simpler.
