Storing Letters

Hi Guys,

I am developing a Claims management system where i need to stor
letters for each patient. Within the system i will be having a ta
which will display all the letters related too that particular patient
The user shld be able to create a new letter from the form and it shl
save automatically the path and the name of the word file.
The user shld also be able to pen the letter by clicking on any of th
records of Letter tab.

Any ideas and suggestion.
