Strange Access Operation

Here is what happens:

On a report in Design view, I want to insert a chart.
The chart gets inserted, but if I change the name of the
chart during the chart creation, Access crashes with
the "send error report" screen. If I leave the default
name, I can then change it after it is created with no
issues.

Any thoughts here?
