Strange behavior of Outlook 97 with domains different to mine

Mi email address is (e-mail address removed) If I try to
send a message to @holahogar.com.mx users Outlook develops
well but if I try to send messages to other domains (e.g.
@terra.com.mx or @intercable.net) I receive a System
Administrator message that Outlook could not send the
message (No transport provider available) I'have worked
well with Outlook 97 and now suddenly it doesn't perform.
If I try to send the same messages to other domiains in te
same PC with Outlook express it works, but with 97 doesn't
why ????
