Hello!
I use BCM 2007-SP1 and since yesterday have observed a strange behaviour of
marketing campaigns.
My new marketing campaign "Zitty 2008" appears in almost all customer and
company history listings with 'date: not known' (I use the application in
German, so I have to translate menu entries and alike). The marketing
campaign itself doesn't offer the selection to connect or disconnect it to a
customer or company.
Plus: the customers or companies are connected to different marketing
campaigns which appear correctly in the 'initiated by' field.
How to fix this problem?
