Strange characters appear instead of "From" name - outlook express

I recently set up a new e-mail account for my son. When he sends e-mails to
me from outlook express his name does not appear, just ######### <##########>

Does anyone know why? I have his name down correctly in Outlook Express and
I deleted the account once already and set it up again.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
