Hi
i`ve one user with a strange problerm, when printing from outlook 2000 the
text is on the page but the page is also covered with small boxes, i`ve
reinstalled print driver checked settings with the printer manfacturer, the
other office apps works fine, but if you copy and paste text from email into
word the other characters appear also.I`ve also reinstalled outlook and
updated with services packs.
the printer is a brother 1850.
