STRANGE message office2003 and 2007 TR

I have both 2003 and 2007 TR installed...

when I start word 2003 I get the following message:

I DID try a repair, but then when started office2007 cruched away for
several minutes before it started.. as if IT was repariing iteself.. then
when I started office 2003 again
I got that same stupid message!

Can I fix this? is this perhaps a feature that I can remove from office2003
that I dont need and so I wont get that warning again?

You hit a bug in B2TR. You might be able to remove the 2003 component
for SharePoint and fix the error that way. There is one in either Shared
Office components or tools in the 2003 setup.
