Strange printing problem - images tile

Hello,

I have a customer that is having a really strange problem. He has a word
document, and when he prints it, the images come out tiled, instead of a
single image. It LOOKS like there is one .GIF and 4 .jpg in the word
document, and this only occurs with the .jpg parts.

This occurs on multiple printers, though, one printer it prints correctly,
but it is an older printer with poor print quality.

This usually occurs in Word, though, he has seen it occur in Powerpoint as
well. The document that I have looked at, looks pretty simple This is
office 2000, and runs on Windows 2000. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

More information.
So, if I copy the image, delete it, paste it into picture manager, then
export it back to the same word doc, the image prints properly. When I just
print one of the original images on the page, it still comes out as multiple
"tiled" images in one. This is really weird.
