Strange Problem Excel 2000

I have a problem when I open an Excel file the file opens
blank...at least appears blank or minimized. When I go to
print preview all of my data is present....I just cannot
see it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi
try the following:
goto 'Tools-Options-General " and uncheck "Ignore other
Applications"
Exit Excel and try again

If this doesn't work try to re-register Excel

1. Close Excel first and
2. On the Windows Taskbar
2.1 Start>Run "excel.exe /unregserver"(no quotes)>OK.
2.2 Start>Run "excel.exe /regserver"(no quotes)>OK.

Go to window and if unhide is available select it, is the file there?

If the file is not hidden, it may just be out of site off the screen, go to
window and see if it is listed in the file open listing. click on it, maximize
it and save it

If you can see the data with File|print preview, it must be opening.

But it could be opening off the visible window.

Try Window|Arrange|Tiled.

then resize that window the way you like.
