Strange problem with access 2002

I have an access 2000 database with several queries that
all work fine. When I open the database up on access 2002
and try to edit the query and save it closes access. I
can edit the queries in 2000 and it works fine. Also it
is not all the queries just some of them. I have tried
converting the database to 2002 format and have the same
issue. Any Ideas?

First thing to check would be that you have Service Pack 2 for Access 2002.
About on the Help menu should tell you.
