Strange user profile problem Entourage 2008 and Exchange

I have two Mac with Entourage installed. On one everything works fine.
I have two email accounts and both work normally with my Exchange
Server. On the other Mac Entourage works fine with jhs Exchange
account but not with the Elisa account.

On the Elisa account it seems that everything is right but i Cant see
any Personal Folders (inbox, Sent and so on). I can see all Public
Folders. When I add the jhs account I can see alla personal folders.
Since the Elisa account works in the other MAC and since the jhs
account works in both Mac I guess theres been something wrong in the
Elisa identity in the second MAC.
I surfed the web to try and delete everything in Entourage and do I
clean install but I cant get rid of the problem.
On the MAC there has been a Office 2008 Home issue that has been
uninstalled. Im using Entourage for Business since she is running
Entourage against a hosted Exchange Server.

Is there anyone who has any bright ideas?
Since Elisa profile works in another MAC the problem must be locally
on the MAC.

Best regards, Johan

Entourage ver is 12.2.0

There are several things you can do. First, update Office. Run the
Office updater from the Help menu and it'll get whatever update is
available for you.
Then, if your Exchange account is compatible, you might consider
installing the EWS update on Entourage to take advantage of the new
protocol.

Finally, you can select the root of your exchange account on the list
of folder on the left and Ctrl-clic to get the contextual menu. Select
Properties and from there you should be able to purge the Exchange
cache and force-redownload everything.
