Strangers are placing appoitments on my calendar!

Soliciters are putting appointments on my outlook calendar without me being
able to accept or reject it first. Is there any way to prevent this from
happening? Help please.

Are they spamming you with meeting requests? Are you auto accepting
appointments? (Tools, options, calendar, resource button)
