Strategy for Form Libraries in Sharepoint Portal

We are already using Windows Sharepoint Services for project collaboration
and are planning a
corporate rollout of SPS and are considering migrating existing forms
(several dozen) to InfoPath. How should we plan on storing and maintaining
these forms? Should we create a Corporate Forms Site, that contains a bunch
of doc libraries with a form in each library OR should we just put all of
the doc libraries directly into the Portal or some other approach? Is there
a recommended best practice? What are the pros/cons of the various
approaches?
