Does anyone know if Microsoft ever updates it's restaurant and new streets
listings? I have Mappoint 2002 and streets and trips 2004, both use same maps
and restaurants. eg lot of restaurants are out of business or new owners????
How can Microsoft call this an upgrade?? I know this isn't really an office
question, however this is only place I had to post this.

Have you ever heard of the Microsoft Download site. Entering Mappoint will get you all the updates that a MS Office Guru can handle

Peter you are ignorant, all that site gives is construction updates. I live
on a major highway that has been in business for 5 years now, Streets 2004
didn't even show it as exsisting.

Read my question before you give a nasty not funny reply.

Ignorant NO and far from it. You have it in reverse. Have you checked out the download site lately and set the downloads by Date? Maybe you missed it. Mine updated from there quite nicely.

Also you can go to the MapPoint group(s) where they will also help you.

Since you are posting via that awful CDO interface you will need to copy\paste the link into your Browsers address bar to access the group(s)

Or set up OE as your newsreader

I missed it also, all I can find is construction updates. I'd very much like
to be able to update maps to show new subdivisions, if it's there I sure
didn't find it....
