Strike-through text ?

Is it possible to quickly strike-through text, like completed tasks?

At the moment I am using a red pencil to do it freehand, but is there a
better way?

Cheers

Well, the easiest way would be to tag it with the task icon and mark the
task complete. But there is a strikethrough formatting command for text that
is not on the toolbar by default. Just right click the toolbar to customize
it, then find the strikethrough command under "All Commands" and drag it
onto the toolbar.

Mark the text you want to Strike-Through and press Ctrl + "-".
(Ctrl and the Dash key)
Use the same key combination to remove the strike through.

After I tag the task complete, I select the rest of the text line and pressCTRL - (dash key) which is the keyboard shortcut for strike-through. Of course, would be great to have this all as one command, i.e., when clicking on the to do box for completion it auto strike-throughs. But that "feature" isn't around.
