STS reinstall

Hi

Have an issue with not being able to add issues to any published projects.
Error is sub web not created.
Will be checking connect to server settings and will rerun pcom but was
wondering if a reinstall of STS would :-
1) work - ie fix the initial issue
2) damage currently published projects
3) create sub webs for projects already published, that do not have sub webs
created.
4) be a waste of time

It's a waste of time if the problem can be easily solved. It certainly won't
recreate the world for you. Did you run the proxycfg.exe utility? This is a
commonly missed step. Have you gone through the following KB:

Hi Gary

Thank you for getting back to me.
Your suggestion to look at proxycfg was a good one.
I had originally set the proxy to point at the network. Today I reset proxy
to local - ie no proxy - and this sorted the issue.
