stuck in all caps when tying with MS Word 11.5.0

HOW DO I RESET SO THAT I'M NOT TYOING IN ALL CAPS.
I DO NOT HAVE THE CAPS LOCK ON AND I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE OUT HOW I GOT INTO THIS JAM IN THE FIRST PLACE.
ANY HELP WILL SURELY BE MOSRT APPRECIATED.

Check in the Format> Change Case options & reselect Sentence Case. You most
likely keyed Shift+F3 or Command+Option+C somewhere along the line.
