Student and Home Office 2007 Activation Limit Reached?

According to the Licensing Terms, up to three machines in the household can
be activated with the software. The first two activated fine, but the third
keeps giving me a message telling me I'm over the limit for this particular
Product Key. Anyone else have trouble activating multiple computers? Thanks.
