student records template with transcript printing for ACCESS?

I'm looking to download a pre-designed template for Microsoft Access. This
database will allow for inputing student records and transcript printing.

If you don't find one in the templates area of http://office.microsoft.com,
you are unlikely to find one at all. There's no business model that makes
it worthwhile for anyone but Microsoft to prepare/distribute them.
Volunteers who help others find it a lot less trouble and equally effective
just to create a sample application that the user can modify and enhance.
