Style css

While browsing to see why I could not import with FP (which is working now)
I looked at the error log and this is what it is showing:

It shows this over and over. What is it asking for?

It's looking for the file style.css, which apparently should reside at the
URL it mentions, but does not.

This is on half of my pages but not on the other half. What have I done
wrong?

That would be valid if all your pages that use it are at the same level as the style sheet

Run a Tools Web Settings Advanced - Delete Files (to clear your web cache file), and then a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks to make
sure FP resets all it's meta data

PS if on a Unix server also check the case of all files
