"style" grayed out FrontPage 2002

When I try to use the "style" section in cell properties
or table properties, that section is grayed out. I know
there is some tab/setting somewhere to make this work. I'm
using FrontPage 2002.

Just found the solution to my own problem: under
Click to expand...
Tools/Page Options, make sure both CSS options are checked.
