After a recent update my Outlook 2003 decided that my new email (Normal Web)
style should be helvetica, light yellow, and double spaced. I must reformat
each time I create or reply to an email. I chenge the style, but upon
exiting or sending the email, the style reverts back. I've created a new
profile twice to no avail. I've re-installed Outlook to no avail. Bummer.
Is there any solution out there to actually save a style as "Normal"?
