I arrange all-day interviews for my company. Typically, 6 - 10 people will
meet with a candidate during an interview day. Currently, I create an
all-day calendar item and add the contacts that will be interviewing to check
availability. Once I have everyone's availability, I end up creating 6-10
calendar items, one for each interviewer.

Is there a way that I can streamline this process? I would like to be able
to create one big calendar item and the "assign" a certain block within that
item to a particular attendee.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
