I have a report that is essentially an invoice for a customer based on the
order entry template in access 2003. i have added further product catagories
to the order details form. if i run the query with all the new tables in it
will not work? So I created a sub report with the qurey picing up the data
from the new tables. this works fine as long as each one contains only one
product as they overran each other. so i selected can shrink, can grow from
the propeties, this helped but now i get alternating report sub reportwhen
there is more than one product in the sale. So line one will show product A
from main report, line 2 will show product A from sub report, line three will
show product B from main report, line four will repeat with product a from
sub report and so on? Is there any way to make the details from the main
report visible first and then the sub report visible under that on the page,
so they flow.
