Sub-report missing in Access 2003 and Windows XP

I have created a report to show information for new members of an
organization in an Access 2000 database. A sub-report shows a datasheet of
each new member's professional interests.

When I open the report in Access 2002 under Windows 2000, the report appears
correctly with a sub-report datasheet for each new member.

When I open the report in Access 2003 under Windows XP, the sub-report
datasheet only shows for the first new member; it is missing for subsequent
members.

Is this enough information for someone to suggest what's going on and how to
fix it?
