sub report new page

Hi There,
I have a report (report1) and a sub report (report2).
The sub report appears in the report footer.
I also have a sum total for report1 also in the footer. This is positioned
above the subreport. When the report is run the report1 sum total and the
subreport appear on the next page. I would prefer everything to flow on from
report1 and not jump to the next page.
Any ideas?
