Sub selection of results for further calculation

Hello Discussion Group.

I am using Access 2007 and would like to have different steps in the display
of the results.

I would like the user to be able to do a preliminary scan whereby he gets
all the relevant results depending on the criteria he choose which in my case
is the country and the product type.

I need the user to see the relevant information and choose the one that is
pertinent for him or her.

Can I create a form where I can enable the user to do a subselection? Would
that work by creating different forms which will be interconnected?

I hope the above makes sense.
