Sub-Total Column in a pivot table

I have a pivot chart with columns for year 2005 and 2006 with groupings
columns for quarters. I would like to add a column (Total) summing up each
year. See below:

2005 2006
1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Total 1Q 2Q 3Q 4Q Total
