Subdatasheets with Linked Tables in Access 2003

I can't get subdatasheets to work with linked tables in 2003. They work fine
with unlinked tables in 2003 and fine with linked tables in 2003. Any
suggestions?
Thank you

My suggestion would be to never use subdatasheets in any version of Access.
Data entry, editing, viewings, etc should be performed in forms and reports.
It is my understanding that subdatasheets seriously degrade performance. I
set this property to "none" in all my tables.

Can I ask, with regard to Subdata sheets, if I do not link my tables to
gether, but want to use information from the 5 tables I have created I just
use a mixture of Forms and Reports?

I believe the answer is yes.
It quite often makes sense to create relationships between your tables.
