Subform Contro; Border

Steve

Does anyone know how to make the border of a subform control stay visible
when there are no records in the subform?

Thanks,

Steve

I believe that actual 'subforms' within a form always appear in datasheet
view only......

Correction; a subform can a single, continuous, or datasheet type form. The
border style, color, and width properties are part of the subform control's
properties and are in effect whether there are records or not. What is it
that you're expecting to see that is not happening?

You asked this question in other groups. Border properties
(color/size/style) are not effected by lack of records. Check the "can
shrink" property of the subform; if set to "yes", when there are no records
to display, the subform will shrink.
