Subform Master/Child Fields...

Ok - I've been creating some pretty tricked out forms in access 2003 but
this one form is giving me a headache, I don't know why by the master/child
link doesn't seem to be working.

The link is restricting the values on the subform correctly - but generally
for some reason its not defaulting the child value to the master value!
Anyone have any advice as to what things to check? I'm completly stuck
since this configuration works on many other forms.. just not this one :\

Care to post some information that might help someone diagnose the
problem - such as the RecordSource query of the form and of the
subform, and the Master Link Field values that are causing the
problem?
