Subform on Page two of Primary Form

I want to create a form with subforms that ONLY appear on Page 2, 3, and 4 of
the primary form.

I seem to be doing okay, then when I put it in form view, the subform
appears on page 1 even though it is only inserted into page two??

How can I fix this.
