I have a subform that I want to be completely autofill. The master/child
links auto fill but then I have 4 other fields that have to be autofilled.
1. the Budget month-Each budget name has 12 months associated with it. I
want this field to populate automatically with the numbers 1-12 and start
back over with one on change of budget name.
2. Budget year- I want the end user to type in the year on the first
record, then autofill the other 11 records.
3.Accounting Period- based on the budget month and budget year I want it to
calculate the field in a string format"XXXX-XX-XX"(2007-09-30)
4. Budget amount-this is the monthly budget amount, in the main form there
is a current budget total, I want to divide this number by 12 and Autofill
the budget amount in the sub form
