Subforms in Forms in Frontpage?

Can you have a subform embedded within another form on a webpage designed in
Frontpage?

I am creating a form to post results into an Access database, and wanted to
use a Javascript date picker for one of the fields. The date picker I found
is a separate form that I cut-and-pasted into the main form.

When I preview my page, I get an error:
'document.tstest.timestamp' is null or not an object

No. You need to incorporate the date-picker into the existing form.
