Hello Experts,
Just looking for a little advice...
I have several Forms in which individuals enter data. The database
(and Form(s)) is locked down as tight as I can get it-I don't want
individuals to inadvertently delete data.
It appears that users sometimes need to see what's in the database to
avoid duplicating records and for other reasons.
I've thought about placing a Subform on my Form so that users can see
what's in the database. I'm unsure if it's technically a Subform if
it's a copy of the actual table in which the Form populates.
Any thoughts on how to accomplish this?
I'm also looking for a way to check the table for duplicate records,
before a new record can be saved?
Thanks for your time,
alex
