Subforms

I have a subform with different tabs. I want the items within the tabs to
autopopulate every time the user wants to create a new record. What I am
currently doing is the user has to copy and paste of a table into an item. Is
this possible? I am really new to Access, please help.

Autopopulate with what? Values from the main form? Values you have to go
lookup?

Are you saying you want the values on the main form to auto populate other
fields in the tabs? If not, where is that data you want to auto populate
comming from?

Data data is coming from tables that I've created. What I am currently doing
is copying and pasting the the information off those tables into the subform
to populate the the items. This is a long process for the user to do when he
has 4 different tabs on the subform.
