Subject Field in EPM vs MS Project

E

Eric Dion Baker

Hello everyone - I'm doing some reporting out of our EPM database, and can't
seem to find the "Subject" field, which seems to e an attribute of Project.
I see the Subject field in Project Center, and see it in the Project Properites
in MS Project, but it is not listed in the "Edit Properties" screen of EPM/WPA;
nor can I find it anywhere in the database tables or views. Any ideas?

Thx,

Eric Dion Bake

The subject is a Microsoft Office document propiety, it is standard on all
MICROSOFT OFFICE docs. Not all things are copied to the reporting database
during the publish of a project, for example local custom fields are not
copied to the repoorting database. But the subject field is available in the
draft and the published databases in the MSP_Projects table, field name is
PROJ_PROP_SUBJECT.

Hope this helps
