Many ISP's do NOT know how to configure them. Just because they load the
files does not mean that they are usable. They MUST run the appropriate
scripts during the installs. The installation varies with the generation.
FP 2002 has a different installation script set than does 2000!!!!!!!

Scream loudly and send them to Microsoft.com to learn how to do it right.
