Subject is not trusted for specified task

AutoCAD's VBA.
All of a sudden (probably after automatic windows update), MSHFlexGrid
controls on the forms vanished.
If new MSHFlexgrid is tried to be placed a message pops up "Subject is
not trusted for specified task".
This probably would happen to all the controls which are not part of
standard VB toolbar.
Is there any way to stop this happening?
Why should there be a sudden change in behavior?

Same behaviour is found not ony with AutoCAD's VBA but other VBA too
(one with Excel...).
