Subject Missing When Forwarding or Replying

This one is driving me batty. My CEO (naturally) complains that
intermittently messages he forwards are missing the subject line from the
original email. Note this is not the FIELD but the contents of the field
entirely! I have not been able to reproduce it nor does anyone else in the
company complain. He had it happen twice today and about 10 times in the last
week.

Exchange 2003 SP1 + Latest Updates
Outlook 2003 SR1 + Latest Updates
We are enabled for all protocols, Outlook 2003 clients are not in Cached
Exchange Mode, no third party products at the client side, only Trend Micro
on the Exchange Server.
Windows XP SP1 + all updates except SP2 on the client
