Submit a completed form to a network drive

Hello. I have a dept that does not have access to Sharepoint etc. They want to create a form that can be submitted to a network drive that they all have access to. The then want to be able to go into the submitted form and update as neccesary. I know there is some code required but I don't have code knowledge - any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
