Submit Form - nothing happens

Can anyone please help? - Since I upgraded my Frontpage Server Extensions (to
FPSE 2003), my forms no longer work. When 'Submit' is clicked, nothing
happens - the screen flicks then returns to the form. Also, my form
validation doesn't work. I've been using FP for many years, so I know how to
configure forms. But this has got me pulling my hair out.
