Submit from IP form to SQL DB

I'm working through the "Introducing InfoPath 2003" book by Roger Jennings.
On Page 396 there is a discussion about adding a "Submit Changes" button.
My config is as follows.
A win2K3 server box with SQL2003 running a DB.
I have a laptop with InfoPath.
We are attempting to test the ability of InfoPath to connect to the SQL DB
on the server.
Using the "Data Connection Wizard" we have been able to connect to the SQL
server.
Using the default controls, we can create a form that queries the DB and
displays data in the appropriate fields.

However, as we have attempted the directions on Page 396, we are running
into a problem.

We create the new button from the Controls task pane. We right click the
new button and select "Button Properties".

We can change the "Submitting forms" dialog.

In the drop down list box, there is no entry for "Database".

Have we misconfigured something?

We see the list automatically selecting "E-Mail" and we also see a variety
of other selections (including Web service).

Where do we find the "Database" selection? Have we misconfigured something
else?

Figured out the error we made.
In the SQL db, we did not configure two things:
1. SQL DB permissions were not configured correctly. (Public vs. user role
or group)
2. SQL DB Table did not have a column identified as the primary key.
